New phone needs new settings

I had a Nokia 6203 set up, with "model = AT" and "port =
/dev/ttyACM0". gnokii was able to connect, and I was able to use it
as a modem.

Now I have a nokia 6263, and those settings don't seem to work. dmesg
says:

3450.928770] usb 2-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 6
[ 3451.094707] usb 2-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
[ 4206.140464] usb 2-2: USB disconnect, address 6

So I tried "port = /dev/ttyUSB6", but that doesn't work either.

This is on Ubuntu Hardy Heron.

Any ideas?

I had to breathe more frequently (but take smaller breaths), but also
to use all the air I had in reserve, and not mistake the lack of
oxygen for the need to breathe.
