Nokia3230 can't connect gnokii via bluetooth or irda

my OS is WinXP+SP1 and I had download the lastest gnokii (0.6.16) from
www.gnokii.org.

I install the gnapplet on my cell phone (nokia3230)

1 bluetooth connection

my config file is below:

i run the gnapplet on my phone and it display:

gnapplet started

Timeout: 30 sec /5 sec

and then i run gnokii --identify , but get some error output on my screen:

can anybody tell me how to connect my phone to the gnokii via bluetooth on winxp


2 Infrared

first i run the gnapplet on my phone and then i run gnokii with the
below command
