Could you please upgrade gnokii to CVS version, set LC_ALL to C and rerun?

Unfortunately, I can't install gnokii from CVS :

$ ./autogen.sh
./autogen.sh
./autogen.sh: 4: libtoolize: not found
./autogen.sh: 9: aclocal: not found
./autogen.sh: 10: autoheader: not found
./autogen.sh: 11: autoconf: not found
./autogen.sh: 12: ./configure: not found

$ LC_ALL=C
$ locale
LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=fr_FR:fr:en_GB:en
LC_CTYPE="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="fr_FR.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="fr_FR.UTF-8"

Any recommendation for troubleshooting ? I'm not really an expert of USB connectivity, though.
