Thanks for the prompt reply.  No, we never used the schemas in MySQL,
just seperte databases.  I'll try the diff this afternoon and let you
know how it goes.

Please try the attached patch and let me know the result. Specify schema
with -s or --schema.

Did you use schemas with mysql? I searched documentation but schema in
mysql is only alias to database.
