Couldn't get phone status

I'm trying to write a perl sub-module for GSM::SMS to work with my Nokia 3310 
phone.
For now I'm just playing with f-bus and trying to understand it.
Perhaps I'm just silly, but my phone don't answering my status requests:

waiting for some time - no further output..

When I'm trying other's sample frames - it works
