Hi Guys!

I'm new to this list, so please correct me if I go about things the wrong
way, or offend anyone.
Gnokii has problems sending sms's , I get return code 8!

Command used:   gnokii --sendsms +27832777893

This is the abreviated debug output:

 AT+CMCF=0
 AT+CMGF=0   OK
 AT+CMGS=18
 AT+CMGS=18   ERROR

 Received message type 5c
 Got response 8
 SMS Send failed (Unknown error - well better than nothing!!)
 Serial device: closing device

Gnokii--identify says:

Ive got model=AT, what am I missing?
