I think the list is not the best place to install the antispam filter.
If you want to get rid of your spam, you need to install antispam at your
local MTA (like sendmail) or MDA (like procmail).

If you wish to have antispam filter at the mailing list anyway, you should
contact savannah staff. The filter mailman gives through web interface
does not give a possibility to define a real spam filter.
