Hi:
This is how you do this thing.
1.Start with a new message by clicking on the "Message" or using CTRL+N
2.Click on the "Attach" file "paper clip" icon (it will prompt you for a
"insert attachment").
3.Find the file you wanted to attach (usually a from a directory you keep
your file).
4.If youre succesful you should see an attach window in front your Outlook
with the file on it.
