Try to find in google under 'sms text mode'. GSM modems
support to modes for SMS handling: TEXT and PDU. PDU
is what is used by modern Nokias to use in the FBUS. Older
ones (3110 and family, 2110 and family) seem to use
TEXT mode or something similiar to this.

Yep. gn_sms_raw is just what the driver concatenates and sends.
Just gnokii.c does not provide the way for filling up
gn_sms_raw and passing it to the driver.
