It's possible to use m2bus with nk6100.c too, but you have to modify the
source (search for the fbus_initialise in the nk6100.c, you have to add
m2bus_initalise somewhere). When I developed the m2bus code I used my 6110
for testing. But m2bus is much slower than fbus so I saw no reason to
include m2bus support into the nk6100 driver.
