this is the newest patch for MacOS X.

Rejected. Bluetooth and IrDA things should be done via Makefile stuff.

Gnokii does not get linked with virtmodem.

This is defined in  common/phones/nk6510.c::196.
Sorry, this was all stuff needed when compiling with Project Builder and not meant for use on other platforms. I still consider MacOS X support preliminary and I hope my patches get better over time as I understand more of gnokii and the whole gnu tool chain.

Still no building via make. Here is the (hopefully) relevant output:

[Deus:~/Development/gnokii] roddi% make
[...]
make -C po
make[1]: *** No targets.  Stop.
make: *** [po] Error 2
[Deus:~/Development/gnokii] roddi%

Either disable NLS or run gettextize/autogen.sh. You can grab ready
configure with aclocal.m4 from the -current tarball in case you don't have
gettextize,
I tried ./configure --disable-nls; make and got the same result.
I installed gettext, still the same result.
The -current tarball does not contain a aclocal.m4
