[minor bugreport] gnokii --getphonebook ME x y on 6310 with an empty ME phonebook

Hi all !

gnokii : latest version from CVS ( 19.07.2002 ) + Pawels patch
Phone : Nokia 6310 V 4.10 04-01-02 NPE-4
Cabel : DLR3-3P

e.g. 

gnokii --getphonebook ME 1 2   with an empty ME phonebook gives the result

But Xgnokii now can create new ME phonebook entries when the ME phonebook is 
empty. ( wasn't so with CVS <=15.07.2002 )
