Log message:
        Keith Packard:

I think this is a kludge-around for stale messages getting processed at
the
wrong time -- messages related to previous GetPhonebook requests are
delivered during WritePhonebook processing and confusing things. This
patch
just skips messages unrelated to the most recent request.

It happens when I use opensync with the gnokii-sync plugin to
synchronize approximately 950 contacts and some 1500 calendar notes.
After several hundred contacts are transmitted, I start seeing an
occasional Read Memory response. The gnokii-sync code uses Read Memory
often during this process to locate free entries, but it should be
capturing all of the responses. I'm wondering if there are
retransmissions occuring of the Read Memory requests which are timing
out and causing extra replies to be received.
