Yes, we do (exceptions have been granted, but 2 is the rule).
matthiase akf kobert_kosten were the previous three who agreed to
do .de translations - if they have wiki pages perhaps you could get in
touch with them.

Christian, start on the wiki, and when you've worked on that for a
while (ideally after finding someone else to work with you), ask me for
access to translate the main website.
