    I sent a new mail to the mailing list with subject "Yeeloong lemote - 3d gaming on it", to prevent myself going offtopic.

Did you own any cards from the past that had non-free drivers? If you did or even if you didn't have any such hardware, would you see any purpose to devote time for communication to the company that held the non-free drivers? For example would you go as far as registering on their forum(could take a lot of time) if there wasn't an easily available email?
