gNewSense website translations
- ------------------------------

Currently the website is available in:
english, spanish, french, italian

the wiki is available in:
english, spanish, french, italiano, German, turkish, chinese, russian

AFAIK there are ongoing website translations in:
german, russian, chinese (?)

How is the translation process organized? Any teams? Particularly, for Russian: anyone responsible/coordinator?

If you want to start translating, see http://wiki.gnewsense.org/Main/TranslatingTheWWWSite

I see that there has been some effort to set up a Russian main wiki page: http://wiki.gnewsense.org/index.php?n=Main:ru.Main:ru This has been done by username defolt at the end of December. I don't recall an anouncement on the mailing list or anything and I don't know how to contact that person. If you can't get a hold of him/her, I guess you should go through the process yourself and start translating with your own group.
