[gNewSense-users] Free Software Distro for Non-online Users

Is it possible to create a repositorie or version of gNewSense for non-online users. All the *buntu distros requires access to internet.
And i as a Free Software activist at my home/work/city don't dare to recommend any free software operating system to people that don't have a internet connection.
So i was wondering, if there is any possible support for an idea like that.
