Looks good. I would have left Debian linked to the WP article instead of debian.org. They both say Debian's a free OS, but at least WP also has a tiny bit of criticism.

website... so, please suggest from where linking to it: - somewhere in the wiki section? where? (i can do it) - somewhere in the main section? where? (i am in doubt i have the
  rights to do so)

right now i have found that someone has already done it...

now the repos reference page is linked from here:

(section: Basic Administration)

my idea (i agree with sam "This page is for people who know what
they're doing.") was to link it in the next 'Advanced Administration'
section... but nop...

Seems more appropriate for Advanced to me too, but doesn't matter much. You can still add it to SoftwareAdministration, though.
