Hi! So far, builds of Gnash on Windows have only been done with
MinGW/MSYS and partiall with MSVC++. Cygwin has not been used.
If you want to work through the issues of building under Cygwin and
submit a patch, that would be great! I personally don't have the time
at the moment to do it myself.
