No, as there is no installed .gnashrc file, so nothing it blocked by
default. Even if we installed .gnasrc file (which we probably should),
the whitelist and blacklist would be blank. But yes, as we do want to
give the end users an ability to block what they deem "bad content". The
current Flash player has pretty poor security, we should do better.
