  Feasible, yes. Am I going to do this pre merge ? Probably not, but
I'll consider it. It is possible to build the framebuffer and OpenVG
support on a recent Ubuntu, with this limitation. The framebuffer code
only works with AGG, as the OpenVG support is X11 only. For X11 & OpenVG
support, the GTK glue needs to be finished. So I test OpenVG on  a
Freescale Babbage board, and AGG on both the Babbage and an Ubuntu
system running without X11. The OpenVG code does build on Ubuntu, which
is important as it's an older version that what my Babbage runs. It's
just missing a fully debugged the GTK glue to actually work fully.
