In Gnash, we simply associate the "init" action with the frame currently
being parsed, and *only* for root if I did read the code correctly.
It seems completely bogus.
I'm aksing if you could add sane rather then unsane tests as we don't
just need to handle corner cases but the actual normal cases instead.
