[Gm2] -fiso AND -flibs=logitech, possible?

I would like to use ISO Modula-2 for my GNU Modula-2 work. Also, some
old code of mine is easier ported by using Logitech lib (my tool path
was Logitech -> TopSpeed -> Gardens Point Modula-2)...While I can go
lower and finish current task directly using Builtins module, I would
like to know why 'subject' is not possible.
