[Gm2] symbol already stored

Hi Gaius,

Trying to compile the attached module produces a compiler error in
SymbolKey.mod: symbol already stored.  Compile with

gm2 -fiso -c BIV.mod

At first I thought the problem was due to the record name that is the
same as the module name, but after whittling down this example, I
think the culprit is the two CASE statements without variables.

ps:  Maybe the SymbolKey error message should include the name of the symbol...
