[Gm2] latest regression tests

Hi,

I've just checked in a few more fixes and the regression tests
stand at (on an LP64 Athlon system).

# of expected passes            6030
# of unexpected failures        42
# of unresolved testcases       12

The fixes are:

    * gm2/lang-specs.h:  fixed cpp invocation by adding -o to
      the command line.  This allows -fcpp to work again.
    * fixes all regression tests in
      testsuite/gm2/switches/pim4/run/pass.
    * gm2/gm2-compiler/M2GCCDeclare.mod:  fixed bug to
      allow declaration such as ARRAY CHAR OF foo.
      (Bug reported by Scott Iverson).
