I was thinking, what do you think about switching our XML parser to Xeces
http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c/

And use their DOM system instead of the XMLNode idea.  That would cut 
out the need for the C wrapper class for expat, and might give us better 
size and speed benefits.  Xerces handles its own memory via references 
and seems to be really cool.
