[Glug-nith-discuss] grub recovery

I am facing a problem regarding the recovery of my grub.
Due to some reason i had to install windows again .due to which i had
to recover my grub and i recovered it using the commad:
sudo grub
root(hd0,0)
setup(hd0)
quit

but by mistake i selected the wrong drive and mounted the grub in it .
and when i want to again setup the grub then its not allowing me to do so
So plz help me what shouild i do in this matter.
