yes I know , we can have good desgins using html and css but those dynamic things attract me a lot.
nyways ,no problem  i will look for some thing else.

Apart from all the reasons that you have mentioned, the other problem
is that of bandwidth. Flash content tend to be demanding on the
bandwidth. If this site is going to be hosted on our institute
servers, then it will take quite some time to open at the remote end.
It may open quite quickly within the campus, but the performance will
drastically drop outside.

You can still design beautiful Web sites without using Flash.
http://www.gnu.org/ is an example of a Web site made using plain HTML
and CSS.

Sure 10Mbps is a lot, but with 1500 users sharing it simultaneously,
you have precious little left. :-(
