Although the current static HTML based site is a bit difficult to
edit, it does not actually stop contributions. Contributions sent as
.txt or .pdf or .odt can be converted by the webmaster to .html and
put up.
Sure a wiki or CMS enhances the ease of contribution, but it is the
content which is more important than anything else.
