I dont think it that easy. LGPL coverts to GPL when used to create a
derivitive work that contains both. 

He needs to use a standard, or create a new standard. 

But to create a new license, you need alot more skills than I have or
can help with. It will need a laywer, and time and money.

I have tried to create, the recursive R-GPL to address this very issue,
and have just settled on useing the GPL.
