renard pushed a change to branch devel-rpplx-getfem-have.

       was  7e10acc   The changes make possible to define symbols 
GETFEM_HAVE_BOOST and GETFEM_HAVE_OPENMP in getfem_arch_config.h instead of 
requiring them to be defined on command line. It makes it easier to manage the 
GetFEM build by gathering config options in single file that is generated at 
user site instead of spreading them between config file and command line.

The revisions that were on this branch are still contained in
other references; therefore, this change does not discard any commits
from the repository.
