It's a bit rough, but:

  (add-hook 'geiser-mode-hook
            (lambda () (save-current-buffer (switch-to-geiser))))

should do the trick.

You can simply add this to your emacs configuration:

  (add-hook 'comint-exec-hook
            (lambda () 
              (when (equal 'geiser-repl-mode major-mode)
                (set-process-query-on-exit-flag (get-buffer-process 
(current-buffer))
                                                nil))))
