[gcmd-dev] Removal of Python support

Hi,

as we have a new plugin system since version 1.6(*) in Gnome commander I
think it would be a good idea to remove the python support now, which is
quite hard to maintain. And I currently see no real benefit for it.

I hope you are all fine with this decision.
