[gcmd-dev] Problem with gcmd 1.4 release...

Hi,

today I tried the first time to generate a release tarball of GCMD
version 1.4. The aim was to test if this is working. For the "real"
release some things are still to be done...

Unfortunately, the command for creating the tarball is running into
trouble, which didn't happen in the current stable branch. I don't
really know what how to solve the problem. Can anybody help?

What I did the run into the error message was is the following: First, I
checked out the master branch by

git checkout master

(If you didn't clone the git repository, do so by 
git clone git://git.gnome.org/gnome-commander)

After this I did:

autogen.sh
make distcheck

The last command is responsible for the creation of the tar.bz2 file
after performing many code checks. If everything works, a message should
come up saying

========================================================
gnome-commander-1.4.0.tar.bz2 is ready for distribution
========================================================

As said in the beginning, I get some errors here. The come up when
distcheck is going into the doc-folder. Here you can see the errors I
