[gcmd-dev] [FIX] Drop usage of GNOME authentication manager for password

FYI: I've just removed the support for GNOME authentication manager for
password handling, as it crashed gcmd when trying to connect to remote
sites without supplied credentials. To do networking it is necessary now
to store password either in gnome-keyring or directly in gcmd. The
latter is not recommended as gcmd keeps passwords in plain text.

I'm currently working on using gnome-keyring exclusively, so it would
not be the problem soon (BTW this is the last blocker for 1.4)

Please do test,

Piotr
