[gcmd-dev] 1.4 help

Hi,

I have helped writing missing parts for the help recently. 

There is currently only one empty topic (device in the settings section)

I still have to get around this feature a bit more before I am able to
write anything.

With the up coming features added I think it would be a good idea for
the developers to write a stub for each new feature to help the
redaction of a more complete help.
