Steps to reproduce:
1) go to a directory in a pane ( here /home/lambda ) in a shell and in gcmd.
2) In your shell, type : mkdir .aaa ; echo "TOTO" > .aaa/aaa.txt
3) go in directory .aaa in gcmd
4) in your shell, remove directory .aaa : rm -rf .aaa
5) in gcmd, go to parent directory, by clicking on ".." ; the .aaa
directory is still present
6) in gcmd, go in the .aaa directory
