[gcmd-dev] Fix for reusing unrefreshed cached dir

From: phan
Subject: [gcmd-dev] Fix for reusing unrefreshed cached dir
Date: Thu, 5 Aug 2010 19:00:35 +0200

To reproduce:
1. Enter a directory, so it will be now in the memory
2. Leave the directory, so the vfs monitor's callbacks go off
3. Open another file manager (e.g. Nautilus), navigate to the directory
mentioned in the first step and create a folder here
4. In gcmd reenter the directory.

Result:
Gcmd uses not up-to-date directory file list until user manually refresh it.

This patch makes gcmd to compare dir's modification time, before reusing it.
