Hi It's me again

I have completed the following:

Usage chapter 
        there are no empty topics left,
        added some screenshots for this too
        I split this chapter in Usage and advanced features. as it was
        too long in my point of view.

I have completed 6 of the 8 tabs for settings chapter. 
        I will need a bit more time to complete the last two.
        
I have separated the release notes (a bit of a hack job on this).

I have attached this here.

I can log a bug and provide a patch for the help file if you prefer.

Feedback would be welcome of course.
