The website is now updated.

At my first visit Savannah was very slow, it could be
some effect of cvs/apache, update of static, some cache
somewhere and whatnot. My browser also needed a reload for
the new stylesheet to take effect. After a restart of the
browser and a new visit, everything worked as expected.

Beside the design change i have updated some screenshots,
the whole interactive option slideshow has new images taken
from v1.2.4. The site is now UTF-8 (back in 2004 Savannah
could not handle UTF-8 correct..). Added a little new about
the obvious design change, and some words that the development
of the program continues behind the scenes (with a link to
the changelog). Beside all that, just minor changes.
