Yes it has, a bug.
On previous version, when right clicking on some
archive file there was the options:
Open with.. -> Archive manager
-> Other...
In this latest version Open with is empty, not even
the "Other.." option is there.
And BTW (this goes for old versions too), the Open option
in the context menu does not say what app that will be
launched. I think it would be nice if it did (like nautilus).
