[Gcl-devel] xgcl on Linux works

   After fixing my PATH to more closely match Kay's (adding /usr/etc
and /lusr/etc), a make of gcl and xgcl went without a hitch.  It appears
to run my code just fine and does compile functions.
   This version is /p/bin/gcl-2.5.0 and /p/bin/xgcl on the linux
machines.  I'll copy Matt so he can try his tests.
