[Gchempaint-main] Release of GChemPaint 0.8.4

Hi,

This is a maintainance release. Fixed issues are: 


      * default theme can now be set to any theme [sr #106032].
      * default element does not change when using the keyboard to
        change an atom [sr #106032]. 
      * new pt_BR translation (Gregoire Demets).
      * various other fixes, see ChangeLog for details. Among others, at
        least an infinite loop condition and a crasher have been fixed,
        so upgrading is highly recommended.
