[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.6.4 is available

Hi,

Due to a major bug found in the image export code, this release comes
very soon after the previous one.

News are:
* fixed image export [#15463] (this one was a major bug).
* fixed minor bugs and typos related to bonobo control (Daniel Leidert).
