[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.5.2 released

Hi,

This is a development version. It is unstable, may crash at any moment
and loose or alter your data.

The main changes are:

- Three new tools: single electrons, unbound electrons pairs,
retrosynthesis arrows.
- Graphics exports: PNG, JPEG, EPS and SVG. To export eps files, you
need to install ps2eps available at
http://www.telematik.informatik.uni-karlsruhe.de/~bless/ps2eps.html.
- Direct export of a molecule to Ghemical.
- Several bugs and memory leaks fixed.
- Local charges support has been enhanced. You need a font with circled
"+" and "-" characters.
- Updated translation: pl.
