I mean, the bit rate change doesn't work with ALSA and the flac file is
played too fast.

I *think* it worked once but I couldn't make it work after that so I
tried with libao's PulseAudio backend. Maybe it's an libao bug, maybe
it's an ALSA bug on my setup, I have no idea, so more testing on others
plateforms would be great.
