http://www.gnu.org/software/ftpsync/ is empty ;-(
For now I've explained the move to GNU.org on the sourceforge project
site, using the savannah URL, https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/ftpsync/
Once http://www.gnu.org/software/ftpsync/ is set up, I'll declare the
sourceforge project as moved, using this as new URL.
