[ft] Cyrillic TTF Font

I'm using a Monotype font that includes Latin as well as Cyrillic characters. 
When I switch from English to Cyrillic, the Russian characters seem to be a 
small, fixed size, however, the numbers scale correctly (using 
FT_Set_Pixel_Sizes() to change the height). When I use QT to render Cyrillic, 
it sizes the font correctly, however, using FreeType, the characters remain 
very small.

Any Ideas?
