[ft] How to use the ftdmoxxx

Dear freetype friend,

I am an solf engineer of china. I see the documentation that ftdmodxxx is for 
user of windows but I don't know how to use. I notice the makefile in the file 
of ftdmoxxx. However, there is an error when I use nmake. I use vs2008 as IDE 
and my OS is Win7.
Could you give me some advice?
