Re: [ft] Building freetype-2.1.10 on Cygwin

I downloaded freetype-2.2.1.tar.gz
./configure
make

    libtool: link: warning: undefined symbols not allowed in i686-pc-cygwin 
shared libraries

How can I tell which symbols are undefined?  Is there a log file of some kind 
somewhere?
The .la file still comes out with no shareable library specied.

/cygdrive/c/src/freetype-2.2.1/objs/libfreetype.la

      7 # The name that we can dlopen(3).
      8 dlname=''

I have libtool in /usr/bin.  Is there a reason that freetype2 includes the 
libtool executable?

    $ libtool --version
    ltmain.sh (GNU libtool) 1.5.22 (1.1220.2.365 2005/12/18 22:14:06)

Any suggestions?
